Message	Were they packed in a oil filled bag(s).. or sent to you dry..New ones are shipped in the bags. If dry..they should pump up once started.. Try the engine oil primer to make sure your engine is primed (oil filter-line and shop vac).. It'll still make some noise when started for 10-20 minutes.
